Kidepo is Uganda's most isolated game park, located in northeastern Uganda along the borders of South Sudan and Kenya.
Kidepo is regarded as Uganda's most untouched wilderness and hosts many animals in its sprawling savannah. The park is dominated by the 2 seasonal rivers of Kidepo and Narus whose banks are perfect for wildlife viewing.
In kidepo, you can see many animals such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos and many birds of prey among others.

Getting to Kidepo
Kidepo Valley national park can be accessed by road from Kampala or using a local chartered flight.
There are several road routes from Kampala with the longest being 780 kilometres. Driving from Kampala to Kidepo takes between 8 and 10 hours depending on your chosen route.
Alternatively, you can fly to Kidepo directly from Kampala or any of the other Ugandan national parks.
